4. $500 Price Guarantee Terms

Save Financial's "$500 Price Match Guarantee" is subject to the following conditions: the competing offer must be a written Loan Estimate from a licensed lender for the same loan product, amount, and property, the offer must be received prior to loan lock with Save Financial, the comparison must be on an apples-to-apples basis (same rate, term, loan type, and lock period), and certain loan programs and situations may be excluded. 5. Equal Housing Lender

Save Financial is an Equal Housing Lender. We comply with the Fair Housing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and all applicable federal and California state fair lending laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, ancestry, source of income, age, or any other protected characteristic.
